Is Your Child in Need of a Required Vaccine?

Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services will conduct two student vaccination clinics for required back-to-school immunizations.

The first clinic will be held on Wednesday, March 22 from 4:15 - 6:00 p.m. at Della Icenhower Intermediate School (8100 Webb Ferrell Road, Arlington, TX).

All students attending or registering to attend MISD are welcome. For more information about insurances accepted and vaccinations being offered, please download the flyer or contact the MISD Health Services Department at 817-299-6370.
